Injury Report: Dolphins Defensive Starters Banged Up

Both the Dolphins and Jets are relatively short on the injury list, but it’s Miami who is banged up at two key positions. Cornerback Will Allen (groin) and linebacker Channing Crowder (knee) did not practice today. Allen has started all 15 games for Miami and is tied for the team lead with three interceptions, while Crowder has started in 14 games and is second on the team with 104 tackles. The Dolphins’ defense has allowed an average of 328.9 yards per game (15th in NFL).

Jets:

Limited Participation: WR Laveranues Coles (thigh),  OT Wayne Hunter (shoulder), LB Bryan Thomas (shoulder)

Full Participation: LB Eric Barton (knee), WR Jerricho Cotchery (shoulder), LB David Harris (groin), NT Kris Jenkins (hip)
