So much for the US & A, its a shame that they sent that team, I would have liked to see Donovan & co. play their top football against Argentina, Brazil and a rematch against Mexico, but well I guess it will be some other time.

Long time since the US & A do something outside American territory, and this was the perfect opportunity.

Guess the rematch against Mexico will have to wait until the qualifying round of the Southafrican World Cup.

I don't understand why they played their B squad.

The lineup was stripped by the need to fill the Gold Cup and U-20 rosters. As disappointing as it was, in the end, we put our eggs in the right baskets.

We wanted to make the Confederates Cup in 2009 which you get in winning the Gold Cup or Copa America. We went all to win Gold Cup because we had a better shot playing countries that wouldn't own us.

ohh, well I guess that makes sense

They could only make the confederations cup by winning the Gold cup.
