actually....not making my own thread yet...anyone interested in sharing a rental car and driving chores from nj to miami (non-stop)? i can't afford a 'super bowl package' but i may (not 100% sure yet) be able to afford a single ticket. i have a relative that lives 5 miles from the stadium and I can probably crash there for a night or two. you'd need to make your own sleeping accommodations. a rental car for fri/sat/sun/mon would cost about $300 (just got a quote from hertz for an suv) assuming the car can be rented by one person but driven by multiple drivers. shared 4 ways thats $75 a person. i'm thinking leave friday night, drive straight thru & arrive sat, need sleeping arrangement sat night. spend sunday at the stadium and head back right after the game, arrive back in nj on monday. one person must be designated driver for the first shift sunday night. i know that kills the deal huh? i'd volunteer that duty if necessary.
