Gary Myers is reporting the Giants won the secret coin toss to open the stadium. It was so secret, they didn't tell the teams about until AFTER the toss. The teams were just notified who won. That's just total BS.

This is just absolutely BS! I can't express the emotion right now... but I'm EXTREMELY annoyed that neither the Giants nor the NFL have the decency to let the Jets open up the stadium. Man, I really wish the WSS wasn't so doomed and the Gints were still playing in the old raggedy POS stadium. This really is a travesty and a supreme smack in the face.

of course..it was "secret". Let's put it this way, had the giants made it to the championship game and the jets not made it to the playoffs would if even be a question who opens the stadium? Lemme guess Giants/Lame overhyped NFC East team...pathetic.

With Woody being a high ranking owner on the committee, this could possibly get redone.

Its even more ridiculous when you consider that Fatcessa came out and said in late January that the NFL will make the Bears & Giants open the new stadium. If he you are to believe Mr. fatty then this story is an out and out lie.

It makes sense to me that the Giants would open up the new Giants Stadium
