Browns working deal with Rams???

Per Adam Schefter twitter:

Browns have talked to St. Louis about trading up to No. 1 to get QB Sam Bradford

LockeJET 04-15-2010 12:25 PM

It will take more to get from 5 to 1 then what they got from the Jets coming up a bunch more slots..

augustiniak 04-15-2010 12:27 PM

don't the browns have a lot of picks?

maybe the browns can give them kenyon coleman and elam?

They should have just drafted Sanchez last year.

He'd be cheaper and a better option.

They wouldnt of had this problem if they stayed at number 5 last year and took our franchise QB Sanchez.

Well atleast they got Ratty, Coleman and Elam ;) but its going to take ALOT more than that and a second rounder to trade up to number 1 this year!

Not shocking.

Jake Delhomme is not a long term answer due to his age, and Seneca Wallace is not a starting QB in this league. St. Louis could use the extra picks. They have more holes than Cleveland.

they thought they had their franchise QB in Quinn.

Yeah, that's what he wanted changed

Seriously, no one wants to see Sidney and his little man boobs.

I really paid it no mind. Maybe its just me but I am not prone to focusing on pics of half naked men.

If the Browns trade up to get Stafford this would have a huge ripple effect in the draft. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that the Jets make a move for a big play FS (notably Berry).

Roger Vick 04-15-2010 01:43 PM

The Rams and Browns, please.

now if it was a pic of a half naked woman, that would be a different story right pete?;)

bitonti 04-15-2010 01:49 PM

according to the trade value chart, #1 is worth double of #7. It will take their first, second and they'd still be a thousand points short. this is a scenario where they'd have to trade a future first or possibly some player of value (if Cleveland has any1 of value)

I might still be stuck on such a thread.

They don't, we already traded them for him. :D

i dont think the rams will make this trade. they need a franchise qb and someone that will get people into the stadium.
