how do i put a signature on and a pic under ny user name:huh::huh::huh:

See the black strip on top of the page. Click User CP and go to Edit Signature.

The pic under your username is your avatar not sig pic. The sig pic is at the bottom of your page.

You can add both on your user cp. The link is at the top left of this page.
