Keep up the good fight. I had a very good friend of mine was a smoker and I used to bug him to quit. He got diagnosed with brain and lung cancer this past June 1st and he was dead on June 12th. Devastating!

I always like hearing that somebody quit smoking! 212 days is a good start!

Good stuff. Going on 5+ years for me, from a pack and a half Marlboro habit. Within a year your body will fall apart as it heals, making you want to start again. Don't. Get an exercise regimen (if you haven't already) and stay the course. You'll be happy you did.
