He killed tough monkey.
First Norman Sas, now Ernie B. Oh, the humanity! RIP guys.:(
Aye, aye, Captain Binghamton!
Played a damn good Vince Lombardi.
He was in the first PG movie I ever saw...
The Poseidon Adventure. I loved that movie as a kid.
Rest in peace!
Let's not forget his classic voiceover work for this guy -
even though as JT said he "killed" my cousin in From Here To Eternity, he was an ameech to all
Willard, Airwolf, Marty, BASEketball, Katy Jurado, Ethel Merman and Tova..some career
"I guess time just ran out for the old cock sucker. Theodore Denslow dead at 85. His hair piece was 24."
I remember a scene from "Bad Day at Black Rock" where Borgnine played a tough character who was harassing one-armed Spencer Tracy in a diner. Although the resulting fight scene wasn't supposed to be funny, I LOL every time I see it because they show Tracy with literally one arm tied behind his back kicking the crap out of the beefy Borgnine character. I thought that was just a bad job of movie-making there.
I don't think I'll ever forget his secret to longevity...
Ernest Borgnine is legendary. I'll watch anything he is in.
