I like it. Too often, people think you need to look all tough and mean in mugshots. I like the ones with a big sh!t eating grin....something that says "I'm really psyched to spend the night in jail with a drunk guy who just beat his wife".

Exactly. Peterson has every right to be happy about his life, regardless of what jail house situation he's in for 'one night'. The man is a millionaire, living a dream, getting paid millions for playing a game in which he's loved since childhood days. So, he went out, had a fun night with friends and ended up in the slammer for the night on a 1,000 bail; big deal :D
