Hello Rob Ryan

New Jets Defensive Coordinator.

Jason Garrett may be fired & we need a new DC.

I'm not crazy about the move, but what are other options? Thurman..

Cleansweep2013 12-23-2012 10:34 AM

why would Rob ryan ever to come here? Cowboys are better, he is settled in at dallas doing good job.. He doesnt want to come ere and be assistant DC to Rex. Rex calls the shots on D, finding a real O cord and GM, qb coach is the bigger issues..

Dennis Thurman will be our new DC, assuming Rex stays.

CGJET 12-23-2012 10:39 AM

Bring him in, then fire that bum Soprano, and go get Charlie Weiss from Kansas State to run the offense.

I would LOVE that move. That would free up Rex Ryan to pay attention to offense 100% of the time. That would be the best move he could make. He obviously doesn't know much about it, so why not give him a DC that gives him no worries whatsoever? Then he has no excuse for not having a better offense, he'd be working on it all the time.

Norv and Rob would be nice for Xmas. Doubt it, but Woody needs to make some moves

You really think Ol' Chuck is going to give up being a HEAD COACH to go back to being just a mere OC?

That would be the worst thing for this team- can you imagine we have the brothers with the biggest mouths- they wouldn't be able to focus on how to improve our D.

Kansas not K-State

Keith Butler needs to be grabbed away from the Steelers. We need somebody hungry for the chance and can help develop our LB's because this the position that should be concentrated even more this offseason. He has a past history of developing good LB's.

Rob Ryan? He stinks. Dallas has some talent and can't get it done.
Rex handle offense? Rex can't even handle defense anymore. A fat loser. Fire him.

jetsfreak 12-23-2012 05:04 PM

:Dthe won ONE playoff game in 17 years cowboys who the Jets beat are better? You sure? What the heck of the cowboys done except be a so called talented team? You sure they are better than the Jets??? maybe this year but I would even question that.

what a sight though... two fat brothers rolling around on the sideline:

"I told you to blitz..."

"Screw you Rex, I'm the DC, not my fault you didn't bring back Revis..."

"Listen you little sH!t... I'm in charge here..."

The circus would reach new heights!

Come again!?!? you want Rex Ryan paying attention to the offense 100% of the time? And do what exactly? You want him to take over decisions on offense? How bout we give him full autonomy on player decisions as well while we're at it.
