i just fired someone *****ES!!!
 
****ty feeling :(

dude had it coming, 2 big mistakes that made the firm look like complete jerkoffs. but still, it's rough out there, sucks to have to send someone out into such an uncertain situation.


i directed him to shakin's "jagass" thread for tips on how to prepare for his next job, so i don't feel like a total deek :O

The first couple of times I had to fire someone was real hard for me. It got alot easier after that. Most of the time, they know it's coming anyway.
