I'm not quite ready to fire him, but I think it's fair to look at just how many of the team's problems over the last few years were his fault.

Funny that someone had made a FIRE SPORANO thread the day he was hired, but that one actually proved prophetic. Sporano was a terrible hire the second it was announced. Idzik on the other hand looks very promising although we may not know until 2014 or 2015 the extent of how he can turn the team around.
