I go to a spine specialist who treats Revis - got to see his hamstring pics when he pulled/tore it. That was somewhat cool :D
Just remember your core is NOT your abs. You core is your Quads, Glutes, Lower back, and Rhomboids. Think of it this way, if your abs are super strong, they will pull your body forward, putting more pressure on your lower back. If you back and glutes are super strong, you will have excellent upright posture.
Thing about being in TX over NJ is I can do so much more rehab and help people, where as in NJ you are really limited due to state scope of practice.
