Revis off the market per PFT
Maybe to drive compensation up
|
Think this is a smart move. You have well over a month till the draft. You're gonna get another good offer on the table. No need to rush.
Million dollar bonus or not, it will be worth it in the long run. |

Weeks after it was first reported that the Jets would like to trade Revis, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports that the Jets are not “actively shopping” Revis, and that they aren’t “committed” to trading him. |

At this point I wouldn't be shocked to hear that the Jets trade Revis or that they sign him to a ~13 million dollar deal. I don't think the jets will settle for a 2nd round pick (assuming that is all that is out there) for a guy like Revis.
What I do know is that any rumors that come out of Jet camp at this point are leaked intentionally. |
no news here.
negotiating tactic. morons. |
Good
I'm loving Idzik so far. I'm all for trading Revis but there's no damn way that you just give him away for pennies on the dollar. |

Damn that Idzik for not jumping at the first conditional 4th round 2014 offer!
