Palmer refusing to rework his deal. I say trade them Tebow.
Waiting for the "sign this beast" posters.
Where in that article does it say he's going to be cut?
We should sign him. Bring in Leinart to run 3rd string. Draft Barkley to complete the circle...
but really, he's on the first Jet to ARZ. Bruce Arians has already sent him naked pictures of Fitzgerald. It's a lock.
Nooooooo!!! I thought Jason Campbell(before the injury killed his season) played better out in Oakland then Palmer ... DSTB
Raiders draft Gino?
I'd keep Garrard. We need someone at QB to help the new guy. Heck if they will take Sanchez and his 8 mil they can have him. Dont see it as likely though. Tebow may actually look like a viable option for them. Lets face it they are a 1-15 at best this year. There is 0 talent people would want to see on that team. Why the heck not just take Tebow and run with it. At worst you make a fortune off his name. At best he wins you a few games and you go 3-13 instead. Either way you get the #1 pick next year and Clowney if he wants to be a Raider. It isn't a matter of if they finish with a loosing record in Oakland this year it is how bad will it really be. If I am Clowney I seriously think of staying in school if Oakland has the 1st pick next year.
No thanks Palmer is 33 and a statue thanks to the injury he got in the 2005 playoff game. Nothing wrong with being a statue if your name is Brady, Brees or Manning but most NFL QB's today have to be somewhat mobile at least. Plus he wants big money because he has a name. He is going to the Cardinals anyway.
Let's just sign every available QB until our roster is full. Then we can have the largest QB competition ever and make NFL history.
Gotta go down as one of the worst trades in history, 2 1st round picks for 2 seasons of mediocre QB play.
Remember last year when raider 90210 was insistent that Palmer would be a top 5 qb in 2012.... good times.
