Hawkins was scary in the closer's role... for the Twins. Remember him in 2001? Brutal. Either Gammons or someone else quoted a scout saying that Hawkins would not be good in a big city or back in the closer's role. We'll see.

Nice move by Philly today, picking up Eric Milton.
