Of course it's bribery. But if bribery helps keep a nuke out of the hands of bin Laden, count me in. If it's a carrot to help us catch or kill him, count me in.
Bribery comes in many forms: bribery to help us (Bush) or bribery not to hurt us (Clinton).
We already know the latter didn't work, we'll see how the former goes.
