You're point is well taken and I understand what you're sayin'. I do think that Bertuzzi should not be back until Moore is back on the ice. But I believe that there is no one more sorry than Bertuzzi.
He is done for the remainder of the season. He has to live with the injury and the fact that he let his team down (plus the Canucks have been fined $250K USD). He made a mistake. He is human and doesn't have a reputation for his thug-like recent behavior. Let him do community service, pay heavy fines and, ultimately, I'd also let Moore have a say in his punishment (to a certain extent).
