I think it was just released this week. On TivoCommunity.com there has been lots of talk about it. Like I said I have cable so I am not well versed in Direct TV. But if you do an EBAY search for hr10-250 you will find a few.

[b]Caution...they are not cheap right now because they just came out![/b] They will always be pretty expensive because of the larger hard drive required.

Here is one that is currently being auctioned for $1,425...ouch:

HOLY SMOKES!!!! $1400!!!!

I'd be better off getting a HD receiver for sports/live TV and using my current TiVo for non-HD recording.

I REFUSE to pay that much money.
