IT factor worked out fine for (amongst the past decade) Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, Ben Rothlisberger, Philip Rivers, Donovan McNabb, Drew Brees, Carson Palmer and looking like Vince Young now too and possibly Mark Sanchez.
