It seems the only negatives people are pointing out about Odrick is that he's from Penn State and has a few youtube lowlights. 
I'm no expert on the guy, but I've seen him play a few times, and he was the guy along Penn State's DL that always stood out. Mayock, who's word I trust more than anyone's, has him rated as the 4th best DE in the deepest draft in decades. The guy also has the size and skillset to flourish as a 3-4 DE, especially in Rex's 3-4 where the DE's are asked to push the pocket and not just simply hold their gaps every play. |
LOL. I've been describing the negatives for days now.
Do yourself a favor, go and find the Penn State vs Iowa game and just watch the first quarter. At times you will flat out LOL while watching him get shoved aside by the Iowa linemen. And Baluga didn't even play that day. He was working primarily against guards and tackles and it was truly laughable. Every now and then he shows some competence when trying to pass rush, but that is as far as it goes.
He does not have the skillset to flourish and you need to stop watching youtube highlights because they can give you a very wrong idea on a player.
