Insanely gifted players, especially one of my bass idols, Ron Carter. I had the pleasure of seeing Carter a few times. This one is a bit esoteric, but bass enthusiasts will appreciate the master's work and dexterity.

No question...he is one of the big boys on the block. Speaking of terrific Bass players and Piano players. Bill Evans trio with Scott LaFaro. LaFaro died tragically in 1961. His BASS was restored by Sam and Barry Kolstein of Kolstein music in Baldwin and is on display.

I bought my 1st BASS from Sam Kolstein in 1980. GREAT music shop for string players.
