Smith and Ainge probably wont be back, Brunell should be nothing more than a QB coach at this point, and I think Clemens and the Jets part ways.
That leaves O'Connell who could be a decent backup, but hasn't won my trust and Willy, who I love! Willy is definitely not the most athletic guy in the world, but has shown the ability to throw down field, make good decisions, and protect the ball. While he has been nothing short of a journey man his first few years in the league (which brings questions in and of itsself), he has won a title with the UFL Los Vegas team. I have great hopes of him being a solid backup for the Jets, but he isn't going to prevent the Jets from further evaluating and upgrading the backup spot.
