=========================================

How so? Do you mean people open carrying or Police Officers not knowing the law?
Police Officers not knowing the open carrying law.

The thing that cracks me up about this Fiorno kid is that he didn't recite the law to the officer who stopped him, he was a complete smartass and stated the Philly Police Directive number. This kid having a recorder ready and reciting the directive number makes it pretty obvious what his intentions were and that was to start sh@t with any cop who observed him that day.

Over 12 years ago my partner and I observed a male walking down the street with a handgun tucked in the back of his waistband. We stopped him with our guns drawn and he listened to our commands. I guess I was wrong too? If I see a weapon either concealed or open I am damn well protecting myself and the public when I stop the person to see if he or she is a legal gun carrier, but you would be shocked how many citizens do not keep their permits up to date. We let the guy walk and we did use our discretion because his permit was actually expired and had a conflicting address. Guess what, he thanked us. Who would of thunk it? Oh yea, this occurred in Philadelphia. :yes:
