[QUOTE=JStokes;4106751]So, one of my mother-in-laws has GI tract problems and in order to see what's going on in her intestines, they decided to take endoscopic pictures --but not the normal way you would with a scope.
With a freakining mini-camera in a pill that she literally swallowed.
Seriously, the size of an extra strength Advil--you swallow it and it wirelessly transmits about 900,000 pictures to a DVD over an 8 hour period as it winds it's way down your GI tract. It has no battery, it derives it's energy for the camera, light and computer chip in the pill from an set of wires attached to your chest.
And when you poop it out you flush it because all the info has already been transmitted--it has no film.
I know, cool story Bro--but it's pretty incredible.
Although I couldn't help wondering-- would you dig it out of your poop?
You know, as a keepsake? :O

Firstly, I hope the surgery goes well with your MIL tonight.
But, I forget how the the Mother-in-Laws (plural) works....do you refer to your currentl GF's mother as your MIL?
I know it works well with you, but having two MILs could be the basis for a sitcom. I know, for my wife, it would be the basis for a nightmare.
