I've used this machine many times to move trees. It's not cheap but it's pretty cool. First you go to the area where you want to place the tree and the tree spade digs the hole. Then they dump that dirt near the tree that is about to be moved. After the tree is removed, it's placed in the pre-dug hole. Often, you don't have to even tie it down. There are even larger tree spades than that.
