Regular season nba. Any team that's well coached and has a good mix of role players can win. The Knicks won 8 in a row with Lin, Jared Jeffries and Iman Shumpert.
You need superstars to win in the playoffs and even then you need those superstars to be clutch. Bulls wouldn't even make it out of the first round without Rose a team like the Celtics or even Knicks could beat a Rose-less Bulls team.
