oh i understand what your saying i was saying based on the o.p's original post that it is linked to methanol and aspartime which could be the case but their are other things than just those two. Again has to be some underlying cause and i would still not rule out genetics which has nothing to do with these two..........I do believe our foods are worse for us hence why me and my family are slowly weaning off meat and dairy.
