This is undoubtedly a double standard. The Pats cheating is at least as egregious an act as the Saints bounty on other players. The NFL essentially owns monopoly protection in the U.S.. If you are throwing the games the way the Patsies were, what does that do to the league's special privilege under the government's prying eyes?
