It's been going on a long time because Holder has withheld an overwhelming majority of the requested documents. He's also lied, twice, to congress, and been forced to admit it. His admission was laughable, however, as "inadvertantly" stating something demonstrably false.
Must be nice to have immunity from perjury charges.
