What about that whole frisking law controversy in NYC that led to the governor and mayor looking to decriminalize reasonable amounts of marijuana?
Just because of affirmative action doesn't mean there is no racism or prejudice anymore, and doesn't mean that those programs/initiatives don't outweigh the day to day being white advantages on job interviews, with police and with your neighbors.
