Prediction:

The Mandate i.e. You MUST buy X, is struck down.

But, the penalty i.e. The State can tax you if you do not have Insurance, survives, as does the rest of the bill.

Effectively meaning the entire bill suirvives in practice, giving the Dems the new power they wanted (a pwoer which WILL be used again I guarantee it), and giving the (R) yet another massive Supreme Court loss following the AZ decision.
