And this is why despite all the rhetoric and sound bytes and speeches, many of the born again (until they get back in power) fiscal conservatives are full of ****.
There is so much wasteful tax spending in defense that it is criminal in every sense of the word. Yet not a word from the Bachmans, Romneys, Cantors etc on defense spending. Why? Because just as the democratic politicians are in the pockets of special interests, so are many of the conservatives.
