ALot of "hah?" and waving of hands.
That sort of thing.
Anyhoo, unbenownst to me, momma had scheduled a hearing test with an audiologist at LIJ HMO for me for the very next day, which, due to the insane volume the Kinks played at those days, I thusly failed with flying colors. My ears were still ringing from the night before. I dint tell Mama I was at a concert, remember.
Momma cried.
Then, I had to tell her the truth, the ignoring her, the concert, the whole thing, to make her happy again, which I did.
She was as pleased.... as a mental patient could be.
Miss you Mama.
Then, during post 9/11 testing I was told I'm pretty deaf in both Ears for real, which my wife and kids knew for years and were pretty ****** tired of.
Oh the iron.
True story.
