I suppose sooner is better than later with these things. Just have to put the children first. Try to make things as quick and painless as they can be. It is going to be hard on everyone involved, there is no sense is making it any harder. I am not sure if I would go public with anyone right away. Try to keep the new relationship private. You might get lucky and your wife might find someone soon which would make things easier, but to be dating so soon might not be a good thing for you to do. Wifey might get pissed and try to stick it to you.
