Forward: San Francisco. Kept all 11 starters on the best defense in football and added speed to their only position of weakness for what they like to do, wide receiver. Honorable mention: Arizona.

Backward: Houston. Schaub coming back from a foot injury and they cut/let go of three offensive lineman (C,RG,RT). Have fun with that, Scaub and Arian the Vegan.

Same: Jacksonville. As long as Blaine Gabbert is there, that offense will do nothing through the air.
