I guess you missed my point.
QB's are taught those fundamentals at a very early age.
If footwork and pocket presence is an issue for a QB in the NFL, it is a result of one of two things:
1) Laziness/Sloppiness
2) Lack of focus/discipline
All NFL QB's
know what to do, it's just a matter of doing it on a consistent basis.
