I don't know one way or the other.
And I'm not basing my opinion on one play. I have said all along that as long as BE is healthy, I would take him for the Jets any day that ends in a "Y." I think he's an excellent WR that has a history with Sanchez.
Our WR situation is not what I would call "good" at this point.
Holmes has been injured throughout camp.
Kerley has been injured throughout camp.
Schilens can't stay healthy and is unreliable in that regard.
Turner is a decent WR but no more than a #4 IMO.
White is an unknown. Maybe he's a Clowney type. Maybe he will be more. But we can't say for sure right now.
Hill is a talented young receiver but I'm not sure he's ready to be a full-time #2.
For anyone to think we are okay at WR is beyond my comprehension. And this aversion to the thought of BE is equally incomprehensible unless a person is only interested in having choir boys on the team. We saw how well that worked under Mangini. Apparently, there are some who are in that camp.

I agree the Jets need to make a move at WR right now. But not Braylon Edwards. That shipped has sailed, we all need to move on.
