Alot depends on the definition of concussion, a lineman might knock heads little hits 100 times a game and none of them diagnosed as a concussion. but it might cause later life problems regardless. there are brains in the brain bank from high schoolers with advanced CTE but never diagnosed officially with a single concussion.

People do not always realize that a lot of concussions, especially those in linemen come from impact under the jaw and the sides of the jaw. Its not always a blow to the top or back of the head that causes a concussion.
