Polian is never coming here. Only way is if Woody offered him an insane amount of money for a 1 year deal and Polian would probably want nothing to do with Tebow which would piss off Woody.

Also architect and winner of the suck for Luck campaign. Polian would be great but we are not that lucky.
Mike Tanenbaum is overmatched in his current job but he gives a good press conference and so he gets to stay longer than Eric Mangini did. He has this year and probably the next unfortunately before he is properly kicked to the curb in favor of a real GM.
