Am I missing something here? I thought this stuff goes on all the time. I got pulled over speeding on the Mass Pike going 81 in a 65. The cop was a decent guy and only gave us a ticket for the fuzzy dice (that my wife thought was funny to get at the car wash the week before) hanging in the rear view mirror for creating "a rear facing shadow in the cawkpit of the cah"
No points and a fine of $40 or so. Granted, it was technically a violation as well, but he pulled us over for the speeding.
