This very question was asked to Damien Woody tonight via twitter, and he responded acknowledging that it happens.
The Steeler game was a different animal. Take away Cromartie's inability to track the ball, and the Hill drop, and it's a ball game and maybe even a Jets victory, that wasn't a bad game for the Jets competitively, Sanchez was victimized by dropped passes and his WR's unable to get through press coverage. The Steelers are a good football team, and a game in their home opener is a tall task for any team.
