Florham Park, N.J. - First Darrelle Revis, now Santonio Holmes.
Today the Jets officially announced that Holmes will miss the remainder of the season with a Lisfranc injury in his left foot. Holmes will require surgery, rest and plenty of rehab, but Rex Ryan said he expects Holmes to be ready for the start of the 2013 season. That of course does nothing to help the 2012 Jets, with the offense already faltering the loss of Holmes severely cripples the Jets chances of regrouping and making a playoff push.
Yes the Jets are 2-2 and currently tied for the division lead, but...
