The heaviness is likely the healing sensation; this will fade in intensity over 1-2 weeks. Get up and act normal (lol) don't lay around the scarring will seem much more noticeable. Go yoga with some soccer moms; just don't lift anything for 6 weeks.
THe general anethesia is going to hampur (YES!) your sense of well-being. You will feel better trust me. I thought I was lost on Old Man Island, and not coming back. Well, I'm bkca!
