Obama came off as unprepared and almost disinterested. Romney took full advantage of an Obama who wasn't ready for prime time. In my opinion, Obama is a shell of his former self in 2008 and Romney is clearly a much better debater than McCain.
I expect Obama to step up his game for Round 2.
In terms of content, I was very surprised that social issues were not touched at all. This definitely played to Romney's advantage.
