The NHL today canceled all games through Nov. 1.
Without an agreement on a new collective bargaining agreement, a total of 135 games have now been canceled. The Devils have had eight games canceled.
There is still hope that if an agreement is reached with the Players' Association in a reasonable amount of time-- commissioner Gary Bettman has said Oct. 25-- all 82 games could be played.
Devils games canceled so far include:
Oct. 12 at Washington
Oct. 13 vs. Bruins
Oct. 17 vs. Rangers
Oct. 19 vs. Senators
Oct. 24 at Buffalo
Oct. 26 vs. Sabres
Oct. 30 vs. Hurricanes
Nov. 1 at Philadelphia
Prior to today's announcement, games had been canceled through Oct. 24.
