The massively high right shoulder on the orca isn't too good either.
I have a couple patients, "why does my back hurt, and my knees, why am I so tired?" All the time. "Why does my treatment only last a few days?"
And I have to think of polite, non aggressive ways of saying, "Because you are 5'1" and I can't measure your weight since my scale only goes up to 350 lbs." I had a patient tell me she would rather go blind from her types II diabetes (causing glaucoma) then give up chocolate.
