Defensive-minded, of course. But he's still the Head Coach and still has a job to do. It's not as though he has absolutely nothing to do with the offense.
I mean, if this were college then Tim would be fine. Run that option all day, erreday. But that stuff doesn't seem to last long in the NFL.
