Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Uzbekistan) and in other countries where their ability to defend our embassy is in question (ie. Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Rwanda, Ghana to name a few).

Wrong. The President made a show of having diplomats undefended on the ground in a country that he helped create a civil conflict in. That is very different then having CIA in hardened bunkers in Iraq or Afganistan.

We should never put our diplomats in countries that they refuse or can't defend them.
