Like all meetings of various groups, we would concern ourselves with procedural matters such as a call to order, roll call, reading of the minutes, agenda items, questions from those in attendance, lingerie/bathing suit fashion show by the female members and their "gal pals" she has brought along, scheduled plenary sessions, keynote address, refreshments, closing statements, etc...
